David Garner is a highly skilled consultant and facilitator
with over thirty years of expertise in the areas of Critical
Thinking and Personal Development. David joined the Performance
Management Consultants™ team in the 90’s as
a facilitator and consultant. He brings to the table a
unique blend of business experience and communications
skills that has benefited companies of all sizes.
David earned his BA degree from Denver University, an MBA
from Fairleigh-Dickinson University and his PhD from the
Emerson Institute. He is married with five children and
resides in Phoenix, Arizona, where he is Managing Director
of his own consulting firm, Greyfox, Ltd. In addition,
he is an accomplished writer and co-author of Marketing
Health Behavior, 1984, Plenum Press, New York and London.
While at Johnson and Johnson, David spent twelve years in
management in addition to being the only person to have
ever sold over one million dollars in a single order. His
value lies in his ability to help others examine their
thoughts and actions so as to become better problem solvers
and decision makers. The end result is a more accountable
workforce.

positions in fortune
five hundred corporations
as well as management
roles in Sales, Marketing,
and Research and
Development. He was
Director of Sales
Administration for
the S. B. Thomas
Corporation and held
five different management
positions with Johnson
and Johnson including
Director of New Product
Development and National
Accounts Manager
for J&J’s
Baby Products Company.
Facilitation, Training and Development:
Garner has developed
and facilitated training in all areas of management,
sales and organizational development for: AT&T,
American Red Cross, CPC International, Computer Associates,
Dial Corp., Elan Pharmaceutical, JDEdwards, Motorola
and Honeywell, Inc. to name a few.
Teaching:
David has taught Sales
and Sales
Management at Seton Hall University, Economics at
Pace University, Management and Supervision and
Advertising
at Long Beach City College and Leadership Development
at Orange Coast College. He currently serves
as practioner
faculty at the University of Phoenix where he was
appointed Area Chairperson for the Bachelor
of Science
in Management Program. Garner teaches in the areas
of Ethics and Critical Thinking. These two
