Diana Graham joined Performance Management Consultants™ as
a co-owner in 1995. She graduated from Colorado State University
with a BFA in graphic design. She possesses over twenty years
of experience in advertising, sales and marketing. Her career
path has lead her from being a graphic designer and working in
small advertising agencies and in-house art departments to management,
where she found her niche heading up million dollar projects
and teams.
Graham’s entrepreneurial spirit, led to the inception of
By Hand Gifts, an online gift gallery in 2003. Diana continues
as a co-owner lending her expertise in strategic marketing and
operation management.
Diana’s design and marketing skills teamed with founder
Thomas Fee’s knowledge of content and sales made them a
formidable team. Together they built the PMC product line that
is based on best practices. With the passing of Tom in 2002,
Diana stepped into the role of President/CEO.
Diana values the principles and ideas that PMC was founded upon
and her mission continues to focus on helping organizations achieve
greater competency. PMC strives to be a unique solution provider
dedicated to changing behavior and focused on implementation.
