  • Building a Business Case© - Provides the tools and methods for sales people to conduct a business level discussion with the Key Decision Makers(s). Coaching

Performance Management Consultants™ offers professional, expert coaching geared towards helping you implement the behaviors and practices necessary for your team to succeed.

You, the PMC Coach and the Individual Sales Rep work to document a Performance Development Plan© identifying the problem areas as well as the steps and actions necessary to achieve greater competence. Once the Plan is complete the PMC Coach works one-on-one with the Individual helping them achieve their performance goals.
