Performance Management Consultants
is dedicated to providing the next generation of professional development
enhanced by technology and coaching to enable users to change their
behavior resulting in improved performance.
We have developed numerous programs and processes
to enhance the skills, behaviors
and activities of managers, sales, client service and pre-sales
(SE) professionals. Performance Management Consultant's
addresses the specific challenges faced by those working in Management
as well as the areas of business practice known as Customer
Relationship Management and "complex sales".
We call what we do Professional
Development. Professional Development is the practice of insuring
that users of change initiatives as well as training and development
systems put into effect what they have learned resulting
in the best possible outcome from their own and their employer's
investment of time and resources.
Our clients are typically involved in technical,
software, systems integration, logistics, telecommunications, health
care and other endeavors involving
change management, "complex" sales and the implementation
of solutions involving long-term relationships with prospects and
customers. This is a unique niche in management, sales and
client management since our programs and services teach people how
to use processes, methodologies
and productivity tools
that provide them with templates to strategically analyze and track
their activity and progress toward the achievement of goals.
We use a Blended
Learning approach that includes Technology
Enhanced Professional Development©. Along with our
Coaching Intensive Training©.
We are now able to enhance the
effectiveness and efficiency of professional development by maintaining
the collaborative environment of the classroom while providing one-on-one
instruction and coaching.
The "knowledge transfer" portion of
training can now be accomplished using a variety of highly engaging
multi media delivery systems which can be completed by the user
at their own pace without the need for travel or time out of the
field. In addition, we link the user directly with a Professional
Development Coach© who is able to provide instruction,
support and reinforcement both during and after the initial learning
period.
Our approach is unique in that we assume
the responsibility for Implementation: the process of assuring that
the user will put into effect what they have learned.
